If the Trademark in the base country is rejected, withdrawn, cancelled or limited, what happens to the trademarks in the designated countries?

For a period of five years, the International Registration remains dependent on the filing or registration of the base country. Consequently, if, during the first five years, the original trademark (base country trademark) is rejected, withdrawn, cancelled or limited, WIPO will cancel the International Registration, both in the base country and the designated countries.
