It is illegal to use an unregistered mark for any of the following goods/services:
- toiletries
- pharmaceutical products
- tobacco products
- food and drink products
- industrial chemical products
- veterinary products
Note that Sanitary Permit certificate must be accompanied by a registered trademark certificate.
