Yes. As of August 1, 2026, the Madrid Protocol applies to Jersey, allowing Jersey to be designated separately under the Madrid System. The United Kingdom extended the application of the Madrid Protocol to Jersey; therefore, Jersey is not a Contracting Party in its own right.
